Retainer Agreement
$249/ hr
This service is best suited for clients needing continual support for ongoing healthcare issues and allows for a highly personalized, interactive relationship with your professional healthcare advocate. Retainer agreements begin at a minimum of 10 hours and include a one time on-boarding fee of $300. Specific case rates will be quoted after a detailed care plan is developed, customized to your needs. Typical services include care coordination; wellness support; DME coordination; and managing scheduling, transportation, and accompaniment to medical appointments.
